Johnathon: minus 218 lbs in 3 years
After years of obesity, Johnathon chose a healthy diet, exercise, and workouts with a personal trainer. After he lost his first 75 lbs, he started dating, and the couple continued to lose weight together.
The pair began to go on joint cycling trips and make long hikes on foot. And, naturally, both said goodbye to fast food in favor of healthy products.
