3. He Gives to Charity – His Own

Eric Trump has several foundations he donates money to. It’s a great tax write off and especially serving for him when he’s funding his own interests. He’s been heard donating thousands of dollars to charity but never expressed that part of the donations were going to his own businesses. According to various sources, the Eric Trump Foundation has been reported to have paid hundreds of thousands over the past years to host fundraising events at Donald Trump’s golf courses – if this were true, you’d hardly call that a donation. Regardless, you can’t help but question Eric’s ethics when it comes to charity. And this certainly wouldn’t be a good representation of Trump’s reputation as a father and political figure. According to his foundation’s Executive Director:

“Trump assets are not profiting from these ETF events, but instead they are donating their time and resources to the cause.” There are three sides of a story, ours, theirs and the truth. What you decide to be true is up to you.
