3.Improve people skills
Even though AI and Machine Learning are in its early stage, many of the future jobs are certain to disappear as they advance. Machine learning and big data will allow the number of tasks that machines can perform better than humans to increase so rapidly that merely increasing educational levels won't be enough to keep up with job automation. "The edge is in unique human skills," says Rodica Damian, Assistant Professor at the University of Houston in the US. So improve your people skills to stay ahead of machines as well as to influence your colleagues.
