2.Meditate
You don't need a yoga mat, scented candles, and Enya's music in the background to meditate. All you need is a place to sit comfortably and a willingness to direct your full attention towards your breathing. Meditation brings so many physical and mental benefits and making it a habit will contribute towards your long term positive physical and mental well-being. So next time when you are waiting for the microwave, just grab a chair and meditate for a minute or two till you hear the alert tone.
