'I hate Mondays' is a phrase most of you have used at least once in your life. The sad truth behind this phrase is the fact that most of you are "living for the weekend", and that is not an ideal approach to life. It is absolutely pointless to go through life accepting that you are going to spend 5 out of every 7 days doing something undesirable to you.
If you want to live your life to fullest and build your own success, then you have to change your perspective and start treating every day as a new opportunity. And the best way to get started is by banishing Monday blues.
1.Maintain a strict sleep schedule even on weekends
Most of you have two sleep schedules, one for weekdays and one for the weekends. Most for sleep through the whole weekend only to find waking up on a Monday morning challenging. One way to get over this is to have a consistent sleep schedule, and to follow it not only on weekdays but also on weekends. Thus waking up on Monday becomes less of a chore and will lead to reduced anxiety and depression.
