5.Fit in fitness in between work
Simple things like taking stairs and walking to metro station will keep you just as fit as hitting a gym. You don’t need to pack your bags and go to gym or swim to stay fit. A few hops here and there can help you equally. It is a different matter if you are aiming to lose weight. And when it comes to diet, you don’t need to cook a sumptuous meal every morning. Just throw in some eggs, nuts, have lots of water, a oat meal and you are done.
