3.Follow Dale Carnegie’s principle
In Dale Carnegie’s ‘How to Win Friends and Influence People’, he stresses upon being genuinely interested in others. So, when in a social set up, don’t just focus on yourself. Ask questions. People love to talk about themselves. So, just get up and talk to this person. Throw in a question, sit back and relax. By the time the other person finishes his conversation, you will be way out of your comfort zone.
