Pop singer Selena Gomez has bought a brand new pad in the Hollywood Hills, reportedly for a ‘cheap’ price.
The Like A Champion star, 24, splashed out on a new home for a reported $2.25m – an absolute bargain considering the price of real estate in the area.
According to Mail Online, the house is considerably smaller than her previous California residencies,which sold for $3.5million and $3.3million.
Based in LA’s Studio City, Selena’s new three-bedroom, 3,188sqft property is located around 30 minutes from Hidden Hills, where her boyfriend The Weeknd lives.
The ‘modest’ home was built in 1953 but has since been completely refurbished, with the vaulted ceilings and open-plan design making the most of the spacious interior.
The new home is secluded and cut off from prying eyes by tall hedges, and also sports a sizable swimming pool, a built in BBQ area and a lounge area.
The swanky marble finished bathroom is one of two inside the home.
We’re sure Gomez will be spending her down time there with her singer beau.
The kitchen features a brickwork ‘chimney’ complete with stove, as well as attractive marble surfaces on its counters and central island.
The master bedroom suite has two spacious walk-in closets, as well as two normal-sized closets.
Guests can also choose between one of two guest bedrooms when they stay with Selena – which we’re sure they will do. Like, a lot.
There’s even just about enough room to squeeze in a music area – perfect for when Selena feels inspired to craft new hits.
Gomez sold her Hidden Hills mansion for $3.3 million in 2015 , despite paying $4.5 million for it six months earlier.
Gomez is currently also selling another property, a 10,000sqft space in Fort Worth, Texas, for $3 million.
