The former Kapuso actress and model is now married to Alister Kurze to whom she had a mutual decision not to have sex or even kiss before marriage.  “When we get together one day, he was like, ‘You know, it would be very hard for me not to kiss you. But I want to wait until we get married, I hope you don’t mind,” Jewel revealed in one of her interviews. “We believe that sex is God’s presence,” she added. “We believe that sexual intercourse, or physical and emotional union should be a means of celebrating love, producing children, protected by the commitment of marriage,” she explained.

Yeng Constantino

The singer and songwriter Yeng said that not engaging in pre-marital sex is her way of honouring God and her parents. She and her husband wanted their friendship to be the foundation of their relationship instead of sex. In one of her interviews, Yeng said: “It’s another level that you have to save, that’s for me. Maraming lalaki rin na iyon ang primary na gusto sa babae, kapag naibigay mo na, bye. Mati-test din ng babae yung lalaki kung hanggang kalian kaya siyang hintayin or without it,  “mamahalin pa rin ba ako.”
