Dubai princess' heartwarming Ramadan video for UAE expats

Ramadan Kareem!

With the advent of Ramadan in UAE and most Arab and Islamic countries, UAE leaders took to social media to wish leaders and residents a happy and blessed Ramadan.

Among the many Ramadan greeting posts by UAE royals, two stood out for us - one of them was by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, who drew out a pop-up 'circuit map' of the city using a circuit pen, and the other was by his sister, Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Sheikha Latifa, Vice Chairman of Dubai Culture, posted a heartwarming animated video on the eve of Ramadan, wishing expatriates - who have moved to Dubai from all over the world - a happy and blessed Ramadan.

Against a Dubai skyline backdrop, the clip highlights the different traditions, ambitions and values that different nationalities have brought to the city.

The princess, married to a Ras Al Khaimah royal family member, wished all the residents a blessed Holy month of Ramadan.
