A gathering of Arab expats have been captured stealing from an apartment after pretending to be beggars, the Royal Oman Police reported.

"The Criminal Investigation Department captured a group of four ladies and two men of Arab nationality on charges of burglary from condos in Wilayat Seeb and Bausher in Muscat," the police said.

A source in the Royal Oman Police said that the group individuals "would thump on entryways claiming to be homeless people. On the off chance that they were certain that the house was unfilled, they would break the entryway at that point take the substance of the house," the police included.
