UAE's Dh500m Mars City to be completed within 3 to 4 years

The UAE is also aiming at building an entire city on Mars by 2117.

The UAE intends to finish its Dh500 million worth Mars-simulation city "inside three to four years", which will at that point include several human test subjects living in isolation under "severe conditions" as they should deliver their own food, water, energy and even oxygen. 

The Mars Scientific City will be spread over 1.9million sqft and is being worked to help get ready people for future residency on the red planet. The UAE is likewise pointing on building a whole city on Mars by 2117. 

 

Adnan Al Rais, the Project Manager of the Mars 2117 undertaking, disclosed to Khaleej Times on the sidelines of the Mohammed receptacle Rashid Space Center's Science Event that the guineas pigs will live under indistinguishable conditions from they would on Mars.
