Janet Napoles Claims That She Donated P5-M For Senator Drilon’s Campaign In 2010

Janet Napoles claims that she had donated an amount of P5 million for Senator Fraklin Drilon’s campaign during 2010 elections.

 

The ex-businesswoman Janet “Jenny” Luy Lim-Napoles who is believed to be the head of the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) or popularly known as pork barrel scam.

Recently, the popular scammer was claiming of donating P5 million to Senator Drilon during the 2010 campaign.

Napoles said that she personally handed the money when she met Drilon at a hotel. She also said that the lawmaker was with his relative when he thanked her after receiving the amount.

“Kilala niya po ako at sa katunayan po, nagbigay po ako ng donation noong eleksyon na tumakbo po siya , noong 2010 election… P5 million po. Nagpasalamat po siya dahil noon tanggapin niya iyon, may kasama pa siyang kapamilya niya eh,” Napoles said.

The 54-year-old inmate also revealed that she and Senator Drilon were good friends introducing each other to their own families.

However, Senator Drilon denied the accusations of the alleged pork barrel mastermind claiming it as fake news.

The lawmaker also said that he had submitted his Statements of Contributions and Expenditures (SOCE) that can prove his innocence.
