Mica Javier is the new member of GirlTrends in “It’s Showtime”. As her career in Philippine showbiz starts to bud, in no time, the GirlTrend member was able to score a role in a Hollywood series entitled “Good Commander”.

Mica’s proud boyfriend Jay-R disclosed the break on his interview with PUSH. According to Jay-R, Mica got a badass female role in the mentioned Hollywood series where she requires to do some action stunts such as doing martial arts and riding motorcycles with matching literal explosives.

“Well, it’s exciting kasi ‘yung part ni Mica, CIA agent siya na puro action. Nagkakarate siya, nagmomotor siya ‘dun. Lahat sumasabog. Everything she does sumasabog,” Jay-R detailed.

The said Hollywood series is currently shot here in the country with Steven Seagal and that Mica is the only Filipino in the series.

With all the breaks and achievements Mica and Jay-R are reaping right now, are these the sign that the couple are now ready to settle down?

Mica and Jay-R insisted on their interviews that they are both taking it slow right now. Jay-R said that he wanted Mica to achieve first her dreams on her career as she’s still starting to reach them now. He wanted not to distract her and that tying the knot anytime soon is not yet on their priorities.
