A Filipina who is living in the United States is currently under fire with criticism and anger of netizen after she posted a rant about Filipino Call Center Agent calling them idiots because of the way they speak English.

According to an article published by Definitely Filipino Buzz, the said status was posted somewhere in Mesquite, Texas from a woman know as Jhenny Gacasa.

In her post, she wants to bring the Call Center back to America and employ 100 percent, English fluent speakers. It also shows in her post how angry she is with the was talked to and telling that it is clearly the agent was not from America but from outside.

She also told that the one she talked to can speak English but cannot understand the problem she is talking about, and the last line she said that the agent is somewhere from the Philippines.

The woman's rant quickly spread all over the social media, but instead of getting the sympathy of netizen she was ended up being bashed and slammed by social media user from the Philippines and other countries.

Some people in the social media also laughed with her rant telling that she is a 'trying hard American Accent' as she ranting to an agent for being an idiot and for not being an English fluent speaker, but she even made a mistake in her post where she writes:

"It is Abused OF MY TIME to be on the phone for freaking 1 hr, and it suck!!"

Many netizens defend the Filipino Call Center agent and tell some of the possibilities why the agent did not understand what is she complaining because she was trying hard to act like an American.
