Winners in Fili-Choice Awards Announced
Acknowledging the best efforts and hard work of the numerous individuals, groups, organizations and brands, Filipiknows Network unveiled the winners for the pioneering Filipino award giving body in Qatar.
Fili-Choice Awards were introduced to recognize and reward the exceptional work of certain personalities that continuously uplift and honor the Filipino community in Qatar, GCC and all over the world. Each winner received a plaque and certificate of appreciation together with some tokens provided by our generous sponsors.
With roughly around 80 guests the ceremony was astoundingly held in a sailing wooden dhow in nearby coast at The Pearl, December 14, Friday. It was attended by honorable also notable guests from different organizations, government sectors, local and International brands.

“Big things start from small and humble beginnings” Carlo Yan said during his speech.
There are more than 300 nominations from various organizations and individuals all over Qatar were submitted for 3 major categories and 45 awards.
To name a few of the notable personalities that attended the event were; Mr. Mohamad Ismail country operations manager in Kuwait & Qatar Landmark group to accept (2) awards for Max’s Restaurant for the World Class Service Award and for Fitness First Qatar as preferred Fitness Center, Mr. Zulfikar Alzadjali, Qatar’s country manager of Oman Air whom despite of his full schedule spared a moment with us, in addition to the joyful award receivers were Mr. David Bache, Lulu Hypermarket operations manager and a representative from Commercial Bank to gladly join this momentous ceremony.
The awards are given solely on merit and are awarded to commend those most deserving for their ingenuity and hard work, distinguishing them from the other contestants and proving them worthy of recognition.
