Indian expatriate stabbed to death

An Indian expatriate was stabbed to death allegedly by another Asian man near Wakra on Monday.

Community sources said the killing followed an altercation between the two.
The victim has been identified as Ashraf Valiyakath Abdulla Kutty, 45, sources told Gulf Times.
His body has been moved to Al Wakra Hospital mortuary.
According the sources Kutty was a native of Chemmannoor, Thrissur in the southern state of Kerala.
This is the second murder reported in the Asian community within a fortnight.

 

A week ago, the decomposed body of an Indian national was found in a villa in the Matar Qadeem area.
He had been running two translation centres in Najma and Mansoura.
