Qatar FIFA 2022

FIFAAA FIFA....Yes! Our favourite Football Tournament is all set to be held in 2022 and almost everyone knows who's going to he host for FIFA 2022, QATAR. It's going to be the first Arab nation ever to host FIFA World Cup. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, son of Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani was the chairperson of the bid committee. In 2010, QATAR, wwith the support of other Arab Leagues, promoted their hosting of the tournament which acted as a conduit to connect Arab nations to the West.

32 teams from different nations will be participating in the World Cup, which will be held in June-July 2022. The main issue regarding, Qatar hosting FIFA is the extremely hot climate that prevails during summer months. This, however, was ensured by Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, will not be a problem as the staduims hosting the matches will be installed with a inbuilt temperature control system which will provide a temperature as low as 20°C for players as well as spectators. Qatar, thus turned all odds into its favour and bagged the opportunity to host FIFA 2022.

The stadiums chosen for the matches include-

Ahmed bin Ali Stadium

Al Bayt Stadium

Khalifa International Stadium

Lusail Iconic Stadium

Qatar Foundation Stadium

Ras Abu Aboud Stadium

Al Thumama Stadium

AlJanoub Stadium

Beating all the problems laid in it's way, Qatar seized the opportunity to become the first ever Arab Nation to be the host for FIFA World Cup 2022. It happened with the support of other Arab leagues and with the support of it's 2 million people.
