Custodian of Two Holy Mosques receives WHO Director General

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, received at his palace here today Director General of the World Health Organisation Dr. Tedros Adhanom.

During the meeting, aspects of co-operation between the Kingdom and the World Health Organization were reviewed.

 

Meanwhile, the Saudi Minister of Health Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah and Adhanom reviewed the Kingdom's efforts to preserve health and safety of the pilgrims and Umrah performers, and its experience in crowd management in which it became an international reference.

They also discussed issues of mutual interest.
