He also offered fake Hajj services to unsuspecting victims online. Authorities transferred his case directly to the Public Prosecution for legal action.

Strict New Hajj Entry Rules

Saudi authorities recently announced strict new rules for this Hajj season. These critical regulations aim to protect the safety of all pilgrims. Officials heavily restrict who can enter the city of Makkah right now.

Visitors must hold a local residency permit or a special Hajj permit. Officials require this special document from April 13 until May 31.

How to Report Suspicious Activity

Saudi authorities strongly urge everyone to follow the official Hajj regulations. Citizens and residents should report any suspicious activities or violations immediately.

People in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province must dial 911. Residents living in the rest of the Kingdom should dial 999.
