Saudi Arabia extends Eid Al Fitr holiday

Saudi Arabia has extended Eid Al Fitr holiday, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

 

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia, issued directive to extend this year's Eid Al Fitr holiday for all civil and military employees in the government sector.

The work will resume on Sunday, June 24.

The exact start date of Eid Al Fitr has yet to be announced but an astronomer in UAE said that it may fall begin on Friday, June 15.
