VIDEO: Viral footage shows man being slapped in Mecca's holy site

"Even if it's his father, he has no right to humiliate him in

Regardless of the reason, people are having none of it

"If you don't have any respect for yourself at least respect the sanctity of the place you're in!"

And everyone is now asking the same question

"Whose the third person who filmed this?"

Amid the controversy, a man claiming to be the one who appeared in the video tweeted about the incident

As the video continues to make the rounds on Saudi Twitter, a tweep named Semo Hindi claimed to be the person who appeared in the viral footage.

In a now-deleted tweet, Hindi shared alleged details of the incident, saying he was slapped by his own father after his family lost track of him in the holy site.

However, since the tweep later deleted his post, many are now speculating that his version of the story is made up.

It remains unconfirmed if the tweep is, in fact, the person who appeared in the video.
