#8 Get more accurate signal strength.
Virtually all phones have the "bars" or "dots" graphic that displays on your home screen, supposedly so you know what your cell phone signal strength is. The problem with that graphical representation is that it lacks any kind of standards.
Its a bit complicated process, and requires more efforts, but it works and will give you a precise number for your signal strength. All you have to do is dial *3001#12345#* and then press the call button. A list of options will pop up, just ignore all those options. Follow the next step below.
#7 Next step is about power button and home button.
Hold down the power button, a power screen will pop up. When it pops up press the home button till the home screen reappears. You'll see on the top left, you'll have numbers which replaces bars or circles that indicated your network.
