WhatsApp for business vs WhatsApp: 6 new ‘features’

WhatsApp has just launched its new app for businesses, called as WhatsApp Business. The app is in beta mode right now and only beta testers will be able to download the app from the Google Play Store. However, if you are not a beta tester but still want the app, it’s apk file is also available. So what’s the deal with WhatsApp Business? How does the app differ from its regular version which you are probably using right now? Here’s the list.

One of the most interesting additions here is that businesses can add landline numbers in the app. This is over and above the mobile number support. In the regular version, users can only add their mobile contact numbers.
