New opening: Katsuya by Starck
The much anticipated, stylish Japanese restaurant Katsuya by Starck has just opened doors at a new waterfront location in Madinat Jumeirah. With specialty beverages, delectable Robata grills, unique rolls and of course, sushi and sashimi platters, Chef Uechi skilfully translates Japanese flavours for the American palate. Katsuya boasts of a Japanese dining experience, with four master kitchens: the Sushi Kitchen, the Hot Kitchen, the Robata Grill, and the Liquid Kitchen. Try their popular signatures including the Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna, Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno, Miso-marinated Black Cod, or Wagyu Filet with Foie Gras.
