The emirate is welcoming artists, musicians, creative professionals and visitors through events taking place across several major venues. From contemporary art showcases to traditional festivals, the programme offers experiences for different interests. The busy schedule also strengthens Abu Dhabi's position as an important destination for arts, culture and entertainment in the region.

Frieze Abu Dhabi Brings International Art to Saadiyat

One of the month's major highlights is the inaugural Frieze Abu Dhabi, scheduled from November 19 to 22 at Manarat Al Saadiyat. The international art fair will bring together more than 85 galleries representing 35 countries and regions. Visitors can explore contemporary artworks, meet creative professionals and discover artists from different parts of the world. The event adds another international platform to Abu Dhabi's expanding cultural calendar.

Music and Cultural Events Across the Capital

Music lovers can look forward to a variety of performances throughout November. Hans Zimmer is scheduled to perform at Etihad Arena on November 13, while other concerts and live entertainment events will bring regional and international artists to the capital. The wider Abu Dhabi Festival programme continues through December 19, featuring music, dance and artistic productions at venues across the emirate. These performances offer audiences opportunities to experience different musical styles and cultural traditions.

Traditional Festivals and Public Art Add to the Programme

Beyond concerts and exhibitions, Abu Dhabi's November calendar includes events celebrating local heritage and creativity. The Traditional Handicrafts Festival in Al Ain runs until November 11, while the Public Art Abu Dhabi Biennial brings installations to public spaces across the emirate. The Maritime Heritage Festival is scheduled for November 20 to 29 along Abu Dhabi Corniche, highlighting the country's relationship with the sea. Together, these activities provide residents and visitors with several ways to explore the emirate's artistic and cultural identity.
