MBR City – District One

The $10 billion project sprawls across 1110 acres of land, which includes a 7 kilometer Crystal Lagoon and the planet’s biggest man-made beach. Located in the vicinity of Dubai Mall and the imposing Burj Khalifa, this jaw-dropping luxe project will be spread covers a higher percentage of area than what is normally allocated to outdoor green spaces. Among other things, the Crystal Lagoon will feature activities such as swimming and kayaking, in addition to a cycling track. MBR District One promises to offer several hospitality, shopping and entertainment options.

Dubai Frame

Located in bang in the heart of the city, Dubai Frame draws a plethora of visitors for its Instagramish, photogenic appeal. The pillars of the landmark structure are shaped in the form of a huge window frame. It allows visitors to view Old Dubai from one end and new Dubai from another. The over-sized, elegant frame will also have a viewing gallery (known as Sky Bridge) for visitors. A glass elevator is designed to offer panoramic vistas of Dubai’s dramatic skyline.
