Diera Islands

Diera Islands is another unbelievably grand Dubai project that is said to be a beacon for travelers and visitors in 2017. It will feature, among other things, a whopping 740 rooms through which guests can enjoy beach vistas. Not just that, there will be an amphitheatre with a capacity to accommodate 30,000 people at one time. The huge tourist complex will have innumerable shopping outlets and a swish hotel. Initially called Plan Deira, the project has been rechristened Deira Islands. Shopaholics in Dubai, you know where to head to once you enter the city, right?

Dubai Water Canal

The Dubai Water Canal is another splendid addition to Dubai’s impressive kitty of architectural wonders, which is sure to delight visitors. Stretching across a massive three kilometers (from the Business Bay all the way through Jumeirah), this one stop tourist entertainment-residential project will feature more about 450 restaurants. Dubai Water Canal will offer residential apartments, cycling tracks, elevated bridges, amenities spread across 8000 square meters (including private boat marinas and a flourishing trade center smack at the canal entrance). If you aren’t gasping for breath already, the project will also include 4 grand hotels in its premises.
