Pakistani and Emirati man runaway, blamed for raping a 34-year-old Pakistani lady after barging into the house she shared to others for robbery, were indicted by a Dubai court on Monday, according Khaleej Times.

The Court of First Instance prior heard how the two men raped the injured individual at knifepoint and stole Dh15,970 money, two child gold necklaces , and nine cell phones having a place with her and eight other flat mates. They threatened them with knives. The incident took place at a shared house on May 6, a year ago, in Al Muraqqabat. 

The respondents, who incorporate 5 Emiratis and 4 Pakistanis and are matured somewhere in the range of 20 and 37, were found guilty of theft.

Every one of the nine was sentenced to three years in prison. The duo engaged in rape each got a six-year detainment term. The runaway was tried in absentia.

The lady, who was raped, is a 34-year-old Pakistani accountant. she lived in a two-storey house comprising nine rooms, in Al Waheeda territory. 

"At 1:30pm that day, the spouse of my cousin was with me when 7 men barged in and stole things from me and others, they rape me. My relative was visiting me to loan me Dh1,000," she told prosecutor.

"The majority of the interlopers were holding blades and three of them were covering their appearances. None of us set up any battle since they brandished knives."

Pakistani lady described that one of them slapped her after she refused to enter the washroom. Afterward, she was raped there by two of them. 

The ladies, who were then in a state pf panic and shock, utilized the cell phone of a man outside the house to call the police. 

The victim included that she got notification from the other ladies they were just sexually harassed however not assaulted. 

A 21-year-old Pakistani lady said she was with her husband when the raid by thieves took place.
