Qatar footballer Bassam Al Rawi has closed down trolls with an epic answer. He was trolled by some Arab fans in the wake of scoring the only goal amid the match against Iraq in the Asian Cup 2019, which took the Al Annabi to the quarter-final.
Numerous Iraqi and Arab fans propelled a hostile assault on the player, pointing his Iraqi origin, via web-based networking media.
In a tweet on his official Twitter handle, Al Rawi gave a well-suited and point by point answer closing down the trolls.
The tweet with the answer has turned into a web sensation and has been retweeted and loved by thousands.
"Recently I played the most important game in my career and I scored the most valuable goal since I started playing football.
"I was born in Iraq and come from an Iraqi family and I am proud of my origins."
He expressed gratitude toward Qatar for supporting his football profession and building up his ability.
"I started playing football in Qatar and completed my studies at Qatar Schools and then went to Aspire Academy. Through Al Rayyan club I trained at the Spanish club Celta Vigo. Aspire developed my football talent and I ended up at Al-Duhail Club."
Expressing his love for Qatar, he stated: "Qatar has done me an incredible support and I will always remember that."

Concerning his festival after the objective, Al Rawi stated: "In the wake of scoring the most critical objective of my vocation, it is my entitlement to celebrate, and the directly of my partners and the general population of Qatar to celebrate, with all affection and thankfulness to the Iraqi open."
"I am pleased with my Iraqi roots and I am extremely glad for having a place with Qatar and speaking to its darling group," he closed.
Al Rawi delivered the match-victor in the 62nd moment with a free kick that plunged in ate to beat goalkeeper Jalal Hassan Hachem as Qatar paralyzed the 2007 bosses 1-0 at Al Nahyan Stadium in Abu Dhabi.
It was the fourth progressive success for Qatar, trained by Felix Sanchez.
Qatar, who topped Group E, beat Lebanon, North Korea and Saudi Arabia before edging past a decided Iraq yesterday.
In the quarter-last on Friday, Qatar will go up against Korea who yesterday beat Bahrain in the round of 16.
