5.Take A Day Off
If you feel like your situation is getting worse and you are stressed about it, you need to take a day or two off and relax at home. Try doing things that make you happy. Try hanging out with people you trust the most.
6.Don't Panic
Try not to panic when you feel anxious because it isn't something just limited to you. It is common to be sensitive in situations like these. Your high sensitivity may make you more creative and considerate and you may stand out of a whole lot.
