Zimaya Launches Dh185 Million Lawncrest Project in Dubai Production City

Dubai’s property sector continues to attract residential development as Zimaya Properties expands its portfolio with Lawncrest, a project valued at Dh185 million. Located in Dubai Production City, the development marks the company’s fifth residential project in the emirate. The launch comes as developers continue to introduce housing options for residents and investors seeking modern homes in established communities. According to the developer, four of its five launched projects have already been sold out.

Lawncrest Offers 183 Residential Apartments

The ten-storey Lawncrest development features 183 homes, including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. The project overlooks the green landscape of Jumeirah Golf Estates and focuses on practical layouts, natural light and contemporary design. Studio apartment prices start at Dh595,000, while flexible payment options are intended to provide buyers with greater purchasing choice. Its location in Dubai Production City also offers access to several key destinations across the city.

Modern Design and Lifestyle Features

Zimaya says its residential developments prioritise efficient use of space, quality finishes and functional interiors. Lawncrest incorporates contemporary home features, including automation solutions, while the developer’s wider design approach includes collaborations with established brands. Kitchen appliances from Teka and a partnership with Technogym form part of its focus on modern living. These elements are intended to combine everyday convenience with lifestyle-oriented residential spaces.

Strong Early Sales and Future Dubai Plans

According to Zimaya Properties, nearly 50 per cent of Lawncrest’s units were sold during the first three weeks after launch. The company sees the early response as encouraging as it continues to expand its presence in Dubai’s property market. Its future plans include a beachfront residential development on Dubai Islands, a boutique commercial project in Arjan and additional opportunities in Dubai Production City. These proposed projects would broaden the developer’s residential and commercial portfolio across the emirate.
