2.Don’t shun protein or carbs
When you snack in between (the healthier the snack the better) make sure that you include a dose of protein along with some carbohydrates which can give you a good shot of energy. Since it is natural, you tend to not ‘crash’ (like with sugars) after you have had them. A handful of raisins and nuts can have a positive effect on your body and hunger.
