5 Things One Should Never Wear To Gym

Good for you, if you've been planning to hit the gym. But hey, we would want you to feel healthy and look sexy while doing so. While there are plenty of suggestions on what you should wear in the gym, we decided do the opposite and thus compiled a list of items which we think you should never ever wear to gym. Check it out! 

1. Avoid tank tops: Cool for some (a miniscule population), not for the rest. Walk into any gym and you'd see men and women of all shapes and sizes (at least a handful of them) wearing one. Why? The aim is to motivate weight loss and not let that bulk hang loose from between. This de-motivates and distracts everyone around you. 

 

2. Sweatpants, baggies, harems, palazzos: Being cool at the gym is fun only when you aren't working out. Sweatpants and palazzos, chunky accessories and loud makeup are not at all meant for gym. Period. 

3. Thongs: Why you would you ever wear thong undies to the gym? Thong may look sexy otherwise, but while you exercise the sweat and bacteria your body releases may bring in rectal bacteria and sores. You would also be surely sad with a literal 'pain in the butt' situation later, so do stay away from them while gymming. 

4. Digital shoes: Your treadmill would tell you how much you walked or ran, so do you need a pair of shoes say so? We don't think so. Spend the money on health products or better gym clothing please! 

5. Jewellery: Gold and silver, diamonds and platinum embellishments should be a complete no-no for gym. Stick to the gym bare essentials and concentrate only on the pumping iron.
