4. Foggy brain
If your brain gets foggy, especially after a meal, chances are that you're high on sugar. Instead of gradually dropping and rising, the blood sugar levels rise and fall rapidly, which in turn can cause cognitive issues and impairment.
5. The sweet taste has faded
