6. Skin and feet problems
High consumption of sugar can cause inflammatory skin problems. Acne, rosacea, eczema, or even just excessive oiliness or drynesscan be the first sign your body gives out to you against rising sugar levels.
7. Putting on some weight
Excess sugar means excess calories, and due to the absence of protein or fiber, it doesn't satiate your hunger. And, so you eat other foods more, and build up on more calories. This can eventually lead to diabetes.
