2. Banana Oats Smoothie
Ingredients

¼ cup rolled oats

½ cup yogurt

1 banana, cut into thirds

½ cup milk

2 tbsp honey (optional)

½ tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Top it off with a pinch of cinnamon and serve immediately.
