1.Talk about it

2.Go on small vacations whenever possible
Some employees work for months together without really taking a break. Taking breaks is very important for your mental health and also for your work. Whenever possible, go out on small vacations. If you do not get holidays, use the weekends and head out somewhere. Such breaks are imperative.
