Signs That Your Body Needs Help

These are the most common signs that you might be ignoring. Health is the most important aspect of leading a happy life. Most of us take our health for granted and ignore simple signs till it reaches an alarming level.

Been noticing that your gums are bleeding every time you brush your teeth or every time you eat something hard? This means that your body is low on vitamin C. Make sure you eat more fruits and veggies rich in vitamin C.

Think that applying a cream on your dry elbows is enough to solve the problem? This condition usually occurs due to deficiency of vitamin A and C. Try and include oranges, carrots, apricot in your diet and see the wonders it will do for those dry elbows.

Vitamin D deficiency causes hair and nails to become brittle and break from time to time. Whole grains are an excellent source of vitamin D as is milk.

Most of us suffer from dry skin. For mild cases including nuts or oily fish in your diet will help you eliminate the problem areas and help rejuvenate skin. Dry skin is caused by vitamin E deficiency.

Haven't been able to sleep well the past couple of weeks and feeling irritated? This is a sign that your body is being starved of potassium and magnesium. Include spinach, kale and other green vegetables in your diet. Eat a handful of almonds and nuts to improve magnesium levels in the body. Apricots and plums are an excellent addition to your diet if you want a dose of both potassium and magnesium together.

If you feel like you’re reaching out for that bag of chips or are constantly craving sour food, then this means that your gallbladder and liver are not functioning at their optimum. Cranberries and lemons will make a great addition to your diet to stem these food cravings.

If you have an unusual craving for seafood, it means that either you love seafood or it means that the iodine levels in your body have depleted.

If you have been craving for salty food lately then it could mean that you’re carrying an inflammation or infection in the body. It is usually a sign of inflammation in the urogenital system.
