An Indian expatriate has been arrested for entering the country using a forged passport, reports Al-Rai daily. According to security sources, Farwaniya securitymen were patrolling the governorate when they came across an Asian expatriate who was walking beside the road.
When they noticed his nervousness as they approached him, they checked his details and discovered he is an Indian national who was deported earlier from the country and whose passport is forged. He was arrested and referred to the concerned authorities for investigations.
