We have received hundreds of mails, messages and comments regarding the ban removal or lifting ban on Pilipino expats who were in UAE or want to work and enter UAE again.

Below good news is for those who are facing bans in United Arab Emirates and want to lift their ban and enter Dubai, Abu Dhabi legally.  
 
An officer of Philippine Consulate in Dubai told to Emarat Al Youm and Emirates 24/7 that the competent authorities in Manila decided to lift ban on all Filipino Domestic workers coming to United Arab Emirates, he more added that domestic worker both male and female can come in again under the unified contract that is already approved by the UAE Ministry of Interior in June 2014.
 
As per Emarat Al Youm, the Philippine is set and will reportedly lift ban on all Filipino workers in all states of United Arab Emirates within next few days.

 

Officer in Dubai Philippine consulate said that they held a meeting with recruitment companies and offices to inform them of the required conditions and the new UAE Recruiting Laws.
 
Zakaria Al Hariri, the owner of “Gulf Knights” a recruitment firm confirmed that the Philippine authorities held a meeting with a number of Recruiting agencies to notify them of the necessary circumstances.
 
The Minimum required salary for all workers specially House Maids, Nannies and other General workers to enter UAE again will be 1500 AED that is approximately 18857 Philippine Peso per month.
1500 AED is the lowest or minimum salary range and is for both Fresh and Experienced candidates.
Please note that Contracts and agreements with less than 1500 AED salaries will not be accepted.
 
Insurance for Domestic workers has been discussed with Recruiting and hiring companies for each contract in the range of 10000 US Dollars that is approximately 36000 AED.
 
Once this new Rule started, all UAE Lovers whether new or experienced can enter and work under UAE Labour Law legally.
