9. She Advocates For Change

For the longest time, a lot of royal critics have slammed Kate Middleton and her husband Prince William for being two “work-allergic royals” who only do the bare minimum. As a matter of fact, they have put in the least amount of hours last year compared to the rest of the royal family. It’s almost as if they can’t be bothered. But not Meghan. She wants change and as a matter of fact, she even advocates for it, too. She’s not going to stand there and just smile and wave. She wants to make a difference in other people’s lives.

Meghan once recalled, “When I was 11, I saw this ad for dish soap powder that said, ‘Women all over America are fighting greasy pots and pans.’ I was so angry. I couldn’t understand why it didn’t say men as well.”

8. She’s Got Great Style

If there’s one thing that we already know about Meghan Markle, it’s that she loves to take risks. She is no stranger to fashion and more often than not, she’s shown off quite a lot of skin on the cover of magazines and in photoshoots. Of course, that will all change the moment she becomes a royal, though. She’ll be asked to cover up her arms and not wear skirts that are shorter than knee-length. It’ll be a huge adjustment, but one that Meghan will have no problem tackling on her own.

If there’s one thing that Meghan Markle is not, it’s quiet. She has her opinions and she’s not afraid to voice them. Before she went public with her relationship with Prince Harry, she had her own blog, was often rather outspoken on social media, and had a thing or two to say about world politics.

And while this is all about to change the moment she becomes Prince Harry’s wife, we have a feeling that she won’t be completely muted. She’s got a mind of her own and she’s not afraid to use it. That’s probably one of the reasons why Prince Harry loves her so much and why she is quickly becoming a more popular figure than the quiet and rather meek Kate Middleton.
