Children’s Art Exhibition
In the lead up to the 2017 Emirates Airline Festival of Literature, Dubai Festival City Mall will host an exhibition dedicated to the imagination of children across the UAE. The paintings, drawings and installations which have been interpreted from books in line with this year’s theme ‘Journeys,’ will be showcased in the centre court of the mall. Out of 55 schools that were invited to participate in this year’s exhibition, art teacher Judy Bishop has curated the entries to 400 pieces, all with the aim of highlighting visual imagery through reading.
