This Boy Lost His Leg in a Train Accident But Still Plays Cricket And Rides Bike

Every time I see the changes I made in myself, it motives me. If today I have to do something, I don't need to ask anyone for it. Today, I am more independent than the abled people."

"I would've been a regular person. But the accident changed everything."

"I didn't have any big dreams. It was just that I have to complete my studies and then get settled in life. But after this accident, everything changed. I was fond of playing basketball, and I was also passionate about photography. But I never had time for sports or any other curriculum activities."

"After two years of the accident, I realised that there is a form of cricket called 'Disabled Cricket'. I researched it and went for giving my trials for one team. When I reached for the test, I saw that I was the only one there with one leg. Yes, you can say that I was the UNIQUE ONE. There I gave my first trial for cricket, but I wasn't selected. I tried my best, and enjoyed that moment."

"No one can be like me, and I don't want to be like anyone. I am happy with what I am."

"I tried for Wheel-Chair Cricket. And there I played my FIRST TOURNAMENT. That day I got to know about my exceptional talent in cricket. These all things made me happy,  more confident and passionate towards my life."

At the end, Deepak Saini quoted, "Don't ruin a good today by thinking about a bad yesterday. Let it go."

"A positive self-image is the best possible preparation for success in life. Find your inspiration in yourself. Because other people can motivate you from outside, but only you can motivate your inner soul."

That's all, readers. I hope Deepak's story serves as a motivation for all of us.
