2.The St. George’s Red Cross of United Kingdom

The flag of the United Kingdom, or also called the Union Flag, consists of a prominent red cross of St. George in the middle and superimposed by white edges with St. Patrick’s cross and then by the saltire of St. Andrew. This has been made official by an Order in Council in the year 1801.
