Rumour mills have been working overtime, speculating the much-awaited wedding of the year. Media reports have been sharing stories about Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli tying knot with his longtime partner, Anushka Sharma.

NDTV reported that Virat has asked the BCCI for time off in December and not be part of the Test Matches and One Day Internationals scheduled for the month. Speculations are rife that he is taking the break for the much-awaited wedding.

Another website shared the information that the couple was searching for a location in Europe for their destination wedding. But Anushka's talent agency has clarified to NDTV saying, "These are just rumours doing the rounds. No truth to it."

Maybe it is time for the rumour mills to rest and let the couple announce it officially. After all, the cricketer has not shied away from showcasing his affection for his lady love.
