The Director of Public Relations Department at the Kuwait Fire Service Directorate (KFSD), Brigadier General Khalil Al-Amir, warned against leaving bottles of water inside the car, especially during the day time, reports Al-Rai daily.
“The reflection of the sun vertically on the bottle of water in the car will reflect the rays to the seats of the car, which are usually made of cloth, and may ignite fire in the car,” Brigadier Al-Amir told the daily.
