MoI - Qatar launches new service

Now, you can ask the Ministry of Interior (MoI) your questions directly, thanks to the launch of a new service called (Contact Us) by the ministry. 

The new service is available on MoI’s website and Metrash2 app. 

Through the new e-service, the ministry can receive and answer questions from citizens and residents about the services provided by it. 


Lt Col Ahmed Abdullah al Harami, Assistant Director of Legal Affairs, said this service is a joint effort between the Department of Legal Affairs, the Public Relations Department, the General Department of Passports and the General Administration of Information Systems. 

Through the new service any citizen or resident within Qatar can avail the service and register the question that he wishes to find an answer by the General Directorate of Passports.
