Qatar-Somalia first direct shipping service launched

QTerminals has announced the commencement of a new weekly service of Mediterranean Shipping Company “Mogadishu Express”.

Mogadishu Express is the first direct service between Qatar and Somalia, calling on Mogadishu and Kismayo ports in Somalia. It opens the opportunity for direct trade between Qatar and Somalia with regular service and fastest transit.

The new service will also offer MSC customers more than one weekly connection via Salalah and thereby improves the transit time to Hamad Port. (TNN)
