Netizens React On Viral Video Of An OFW In Kuwait Earning P62k Monthly

The social media users have reacted to the viral video of an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) in Kuwait who allegedly earn P62, 000 monthly.

Nowadays, the increasing numbers of abused and maltreated Filipino migrant workers abroad becomes one of the major concerns of the local government.

President Rodrigo Duterte has also urged Philippine airlines to give special flight for the abused OFWs and for those who wanted to go back in the country after the news about the dead Pinay OFW found inside the freezer has been reported.

Previously, a Facebook user named Herald Ponteras has uploaded his video expressing sympathy for the OFW’s in Kuwait who suffered abuse and maltreatment from their employers.

However, Ponteras revealed that he loves his job and earning about P62, 000 monthly. He also opposed the proposal of President Duterte to bring all the OFWs in Kuwait back to the Philippines.

The Pinoy worker also said that he could not earn P80, 000 monthly in the country because he was not able to finish studies.

Unfortunately, a lot of social media users including other OFWs have reacted to the statement of Ponteras through video clips.
